Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using aiHolidayImages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and may not share your account with others.

Free and paid plans

The free plan includes a limited number of one-time images. Paid plans provide more images, higher resolution, and additional features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the pricing page for details.

Your content

You own the images you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service.

AI-generated content and the models we use

Images on aiHolidayImages are generated by artificial intelligence. We use industry-standard open image models: FLUX.1 [schnell] and FLUX.1 [dev] (Black Forest Labs) for standard and HD images, and Qwen-Image (Alibaba) for greeting cards with custom typeset text. We market this service under our own name and do not claim to be affiliated with, or endorsed by, any model provider.

AI output is inherently variable. We do not guarantee that a generated image will match what you had in mind, that text rendered into an image will be perfectly spelled, or that outputs are unique. You may not present AI-generated images as real photographs, or otherwise as human-created, where doing so could mislead.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create, submit, or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. In particular, we prohibit the following six categories of content, without exception:

• Pornography / sexual or NSFW content.
• Violence / gore.
• Hate speech.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexual content involving minors.
• Deepfakes / impersonation of other people.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

These standards apply both to the text you submit and to the images we generate from it. We screen every prompt before an image is created and every generated image before it is delivered to you. The full standards, the moderation we run, our enforcement actions, and the appeal process are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the service. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Reporting violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, report it to support@aiholidayimages.com with the subject line [Abuse Report]. This covers copyright and trademark complaints too: tell us which work you own and which content you believe infringes it, and we will review it and remove infringing content. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated. Our review workflow, response timelines, and the actions we can take are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Enforcement and fair use

To protect the service from abuse, we apply reasonable rate limits on image generation, and we automatically review prompts and generated images as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. Where we confirm a breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy, we may warn you, remove content, forfeit credits obtained or used in breach, restrict features, or suspend or permanently terminate your account. Where credits or a subscription are terminated for a breach, the outcome is governed by these terms and our refund policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated images may vary and are provided without guarantee of specific results.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiHolidayImages is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
