Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account (such as your email address and name via Google sign-in), the text you submit to generate images (names, descriptions, and any greeting-card message), and the images we generate for you. We do not accept photo or file uploads — everything you give us to work from is text.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service, generate your images, process billing, keep the service safe and lawful, improve the product, and communicate with you about your account.

Content moderation and safety

We check content on both sides of generation. Your prompt is scanned before an image is created, and every generated image is scanned before it is delivered to you. These checks are carried out by automated safety models together with the safety features built into the underlying image models. You can read exactly what we screen, and how, in our Acceptable Use Policy.

When a request is blocked, we record that a check ran, the verdict, the category returned by the safety model, and the time. We keep these records to detect repeat abuse, to investigate reports of prohibited content, and to meet our legal obligations. Blocked prompts are not published, and a flagged image is deleted and never delivered to you.

We may also review moderation records by hand where they indicate repeated or serious abuse, and we may report prohibited content — in particular child sexual abuse material — to law enforcement.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited and actions like starting a checkout. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the site and to generate and moderate your images:

• Google — authentication (Google sign-in).
• Supabase — database, authentication, and account records.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, image storage (R2), and prompt moderation (Workers AI).
• Waffo Pancake — payment processing and subscription billing.
• fal.ai and Replicate — image generation infrastructure that runs the models below.
• SeeAPI — automated safety checks on generated images.

The AI models we use are FLUX.1 [schnell] and FLUX.1 [dev] (Black Forest Labs) for standard and HD images, and Qwen-Image (Alibaba) for greeting cards with custom typeset text. Your prompt — and the image generated from it, for safety checks — is transmitted to the relevant provider so it can perform its function. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

Your images

Your generated images are stored securely and are private by default. You own the images you create and can delete them at any time from your account.

Data retention and deletion

Generated images are automatically cleaned up after 90 days unless you download them. You can also delete your account, which removes your personal data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@aiholidayimages.com to make a request.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly allow anyone below that age to create an account. Sexual or exploitative content involving minors is absolutely prohibited, and we remove it and report it to law enforcement where we find it. If you believe a minor has created an account or that content involving a minor has been generated, contact us at support@aiholidayimages.com with the subject line [Abuse Report] and we will act on it immediately.

Reporting content

To report content or behaviour that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy — including copyright or trademark infringement — email support@aiholidayimages.com with the subject line [Abuse Report]. The Acceptable Use Policy explains what we treat as prohibited, how reports are handled, and the timeframes we work to.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will publish the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
